Efficient and Clean Capsule Stay

helpful staffnoodle spotluggage assistance
The staff assisted with luggage forwarding to my next destination. I found them patient and helpful during the process. They recommended a local noodle restaurant which was conveniently located next door.
The shared facilities experienced overcrowding, with limited space at the sinks in the morning.
Dining
9/10
I did find an authentic noodle restaurant close by. It was located right next to the hotel, convenient.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides loungewear, towels, and slippers. A good locker stores gear, and larger items can be stored in their storage room.
Rooms
9/10
The capsule had unexpected comfort. It supplied everything I needed for my stay. The bed was clean and cozy, with a cool temperature.
Service
8/10
The staff were efficient, but not overly cute. They were very patient with helping send my luggage to my other location. I'm thankful for all their assistance.
Location
10/10
The location is conveniently covered by different metro lines. Akasaka station is a reasonably short walk away. It was easy to get to Shinjuku and the main station.

compact and clean!

great locationspacious capsulenatural lightawful pillow
the location was great, it was very easy to get to subways. many shops and restaurants were nearby, as well as parks. the capsules were quite spacious for the type of accommodation it is. the building design featured a lot of natural light, a nice touch.
the pillow was awful. the common area for eating was a tiny space with few chairs. the lockers are cramped. there is no space between lockers so people can't easily access them.
Service
9/10
staff members were cooperative and good! new amenities like loungewear and towels were provided daily. the staff did this experiment where they measured sleep quality and asked permission to participate. it sounds like an interesting addition.

the location worked fine, as it was near transport links.
The locker setup caused problems. the lockers were small and the area was too cramped. it was difficult to access my things, especially when others were also using the space. It seemed like i was constantly waiting.

I found the location lovely. It was in a very lively neighbourhood. the comfort was also super. the place looks amazing aesthetically!!! it was a very positive stay overall.
the lockers felt very narrow. it was impossible for two people to be in the same aisle. the bed felt too thin and uncomfortable. the showers and communal areas seemed a bit unclean and with mold.

the capsules were more spacious than expected! i found the clear separation between male and female floors very reassuring. everything felt clean, it was well-kept.
the locker area was too cramped! it made accessing my things difficult. there was no space to repack, it was a problem.
